HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

So you want to be healthy. To have a healthy lifestyle is hard work but in the end you will be happier and if you follow the following advice I can assure you YOU WILL SUCCESSED.

1. Firs you need to have a balanced diet. That means you need to it a equal amount of fruts, vegetables, meat, cereals products and milk products. And you shoulden't eat everyday the same.

2. You also need to exercise at least 30 min a day.

3. Protect your self like when you are sunbathing you should put on sun sunscreen.
