1. Do an excercises at least 4 times a week. You don't need to go in fitness for that, you can do excersise at home or in nature. That excersises are simple and you can do them every morning before school or job becuse it takes you 15 minutes.
2. Eat healthy food. You can choose BIO pruducts. You can find them on farms or in shops with BIO products.You must eat diverse food. For example:
BREAKFAST: fruit, two fulcorn bread and soft boiled egg
SNACK: yogurt or fruit
LUNCH: rof a palm big steak, a fist of good carbohydrates and a lot of vegetables
SNACK: yogur or fruit or some nuts
DINNER: sauerkraut and a half of sausage
3. Protect yourself. On the sun you must protect your skin with sun cream, you must wear shoes which are healthy for your feet (if you have wide feet, you must wear wide shoes).
4. Try to be happy...laugh is the best medicine.
