For healthy lifestyle is important to eat reaght and that
you exercise a lot. You must't eat food with a lot of suger or drink an alcohol.

day. The meals should contains a lot of vegatables and fruits. Breakfast is the
most important meal of a day. For
breakfast is the best that we have a lot of fruits and fulcorn bread.
2. We must drink a lot of water or no suger tea. An
adult must drink about 2 liter water a day.
3. We must move for times a week for 20 minuts. To move means to that we walk. The best for as is running, beacuse it is the most natural and for running we don't need no special equipment except running shoes and a lot of good well.
