HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

If you want to be healthy, you should do next things:
  •  EXERCISING - you should exercise 30 minutes every day,
  • HEALTHY FOOD - you should eat a lot of vitamines and minerales, but you must have balanced diet. 
  • DRINK A LOT OF WATER
  • PROTECT YOUR SKIN - on sun wear sunglasses and put on sunscreen
  • DON'T SMOKE
  • DON'T SPEND A LOT OF YOUR TIME IN FRONT OF THE TV OR COMPUTER - why? Because this thing radiate very much.
  • BE HAPPY AND LAUGH
