HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

If you want to be fitter and healthier then you must do something for your body. 

First you must choose healthy food, a lot of fruit and vegetables. You should do exercise in gym or at home and when it's sunny you can do exercise outside in nature. You should do this 3-5 times per week for half an hour to an hour. And if you want to be healthy it's better to leave smoking and alcohol and drink a lot of water. At the end, you can't forget to sleep well and have a good hygiene, too. And don't be stressed, life's good - be happy and healthy.:)
