HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:

For healthy lifestyle is important to eat reaght and  that you exercise a lot. You must't eat food with a lot of suger or drink an alcohol.

       1.   The most important is to have meal for 5 times a day. The meals  should contains a  lot of vegatables and fruits. Breakfast is the most important  meal of a day. For breakfast is the best that we have a lot of fruits and fulcorn bread.
             2.   We must drink a lot of water or no suger tea. An adult must drink about 2 liter water a day.              
3.  We must move for times a week for 20 minuts. To move means to that we walk. The best for as is running, beacuse it is the most natural and for running we don't need no special equipment except running shoes and a lot of good well.


Let helthy lifestyle become yours way and a lot of moving.

If you want to be fitter and healthier then you must do something for your body. 

First you must choose healthy food, a lot of fruit and vegetables. You should do exercise in gym or at home and when it's sunny you can do exercise outside in nature. You should do this 3-5 times per week for half an hour to an hour. And if you want to be healthy it's better to leave smoking and alcohol and drink a lot of water. At the end, you can't forget to sleep well and have a good hygiene, too. And don't be stressed, life's good - be happy and healthy.:)

If you want to be healthy, you should do next things:
  •  EXERCISING - you should exercise 30 minutes every day,
  • HEALTHY FOOD - you should eat a lot of vitamines and minerales, but you must have balanced diet. 
  • DRINK A LOT OF WATER
  • PROTECT YOUR SKIN - on sun wear sunglasses and put on sunscreen
  • DON'T SMOKE
  • DON'T SPEND A LOT OF YOUR TIME IN FRONT OF THE TV OR COMPUTER - why? Because this thing radiate very much.
  • BE HAPPY AND LAUGH

So you want to be healthy. To have a healthy lifestyle is hard work but in the end you will be happier and if you follow the following advice I can assure you YOU WILL SUCCESSED.

1. Firs you need to have a balanced diet. That means you need to it a equal amount of fruts, vegetables, meat, cereals products and milk products. And you shoulden't eat everyday the same.

2. You also need to exercise at least 30 min a day.

3. Protect your self like when you are sunbathing you should put on sun sunscreen.

We know a lot of different types of exercises:  aerobics, bodybuilding, running, sport, walking, yoga, weight training, streching and a lot more. Pick the one you like and do it every day. Regular exercise has been shown to help high blood preassure, diabetes, depression and heart disease it can also lift your mood, relax you from stress and anxiety. Exercising can also help you to look better. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body healthy. We use a lot of exuses why we don't exercise: I don't have enough time, exercise is too painful, i'm too tired... If you don't have a lot of time you can work out in and around your home or on the go or with your family and friends. And if it's too painful don't do strenuos exercise, even simple things can help. Always remember EXERCISE IS MEDICINE. 

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

If you want to live healthy, you must:

1. Do an excercises at least 4 times a week. You don't need to go in fitness for that, you can do excersise at home or in nature. That excersises are simple and you can do them every morning before school or job becuse it takes you 15 minutes.

2. Eat healthy food. You can choose BIO pruducts. You can find them on farms or in shops with BIO products.You must eat diverse food. For example:
BREAKFAST: fruit, two fulcorn bread and soft boiled egg
SNACK: yogurt or fruit
LUNCH: rof a palm big steak, a fist of good carbohydrates and a lot of vegetables
SNACK: yogur or fruit or some nuts
DINNER: sauerkraut and a half of sausage

3. Protect yourself. On the sun you must protect your skin with sun cream, you must wear shoes which are healthy for your feet (if you have wide feet, you must wear wide shoes).

4. Try to be happy...laugh is the best medicine.
